We want you to love your MCoBeauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or swatched makeup and skincare items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
